It is belongs to support components,which usually install in the bottom of packing layer. Owing to gas will pass through support components from the tower bottom, the size of the opening area will determine the flux and gas distribution. Over 75% opening area guarantees the free flow of gas and liquid and 3 mm plate thickness ensures that each product can withstand 300 kg (or more) of load.it is consist of two layer of many hexa-ring.Vane thickness is 2 mm. Material is PP. all vane's derection is Vertical down.It has not only increase air flux,but also not easy to form blockage.

Installation1:According to the tower equipment diagram,and make sure that packing installation heights is correct.2:When installing, it should always be poured from a certain height away from the packing layer. People should not stand directly on the packing to prevent the packing from deformation and uneven density. Wooden boards can be laid on the packing to disperse the force.3:Other sundries, packaging bags, etc. is forbidden during the installation4:Generally filled by random packing5:After finished, if there is unevenness, use a wooden strip to naturally push it flat
